Qualifications

• 6-8 years of commercial lending experience
• B.A. Degree in finance or related field
• Compliance with state and federal regulations
• Proficient with spreadsheets and Argus
• Familiar with Moody’s, analysis systems, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Source opportunities and issue term sheets
• Analyze lending opportunities and borrower financials
• Prepare credit presentations for review by department or senior officers
• Coordinate credit requests through approval process
