Western Alliance Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Western Alliance Bancorporation, seeks a Vice President, Portfolio Manager. You will analyze, structure, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of major loans in line with lending policies and regulations, working with the Commercial Banker to manage credit risks.

You will interface with clients to assess credit needs, gather information for financing requests, and ensure loans are processed per agreement while maintaining high service

Qualificações

• 6+ years of related experience in Portfolio Management or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations and loan administration.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and legal compliance obligations.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with clients to assess credit needs and determine structure.
• Present financing requests to senior management or Loan Committee for approval.
• Coordinate processing of approved loans and ensure conformance with policies.
• Demonstrate superior customer service with clients and colleagues.
• Handle various underwriting, portfolio management and portfolio upkeep tasks.
