Qualifications

• A four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Upholds safety as our top priority and ensures OSHA compliant practices.
• Develops a long-term strategic plan to build and maintain client relationships.
• Leverages a pipeline of work for new and existing clients locally and nationally.
• Acts as executive sponsor for pursuits and oversees subcontractor usage.
• Ensures risk issues are documented and resolved with all stakeholders.
• Performs site walks to verify milestones and health checks.
• Establishes revenue and profit goals and monitors financial health.
• Leads and develops talent, supporting growth and succession planning.
• Represents the company in outreach efforts and executive committees.
