HPI Real Estate in Austin is seeking a Vice President of Construction and Development to provide strategic leadership over commercial construction, redevelopment, tenant improvements, and development from planning to delivery. You will guide projects to completion on time and within budget, upholding HPI's standards.

You will collaborate with executive leadership, asset and property management, leasing, finance, architects, engineers, and contractors to maximize property value and tenant

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction, real estate development, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and complex projects.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement construction and development strategies aligned with corporate objectives and investment plans.
• Oversee full project lifecycles from planning through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion.
• Coordinate with finance, asset management, leasing, and operations to maximize property value.
• Lead risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control across projects.
• Manage contractor relationships, procurement, and compliance with building codes and standards.
• Provide executive updates on project performance, capital requirements, and strategic opportunities.
