Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
15+ years of commercial construction experience.
Proven leadership managing multiple Project Managers and Superintendents.
Experience overseeing projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Experience building teams, improving operational systems, and driving profitable growth.

Responsibilities

Lead all project management and field operations teams.
Drive project execution, profitability, scheduling, safety, and quality initiatives.
Develop and implement operational processes that improve efficiency and scalability.
Mentor and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and Operations staff.
Partner with pre-construction and business development teams to support project pursuits and client relationships.
Monitor financial performance, project risk, and resource allocation across the portfolio.
Ensure exceptional client service and successful project delivery.
Support strategic planning and company growth initiatives.
