• Five+ years lending or credit support experience focused on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting; proven client relationship skills with CEOs and CFOs.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to establish credibility and partnerships with senior business and control partners.
• Deep local connections and market knowledge.
