Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a VP of Commerce Media Advertiser Sales Lead for North America. This quota-carrying role builds and scales the advertiser-facing sales motion for MCM, partnering with Product, Marketing and Mastercard account teams to drive revenue from Fortune 500 brands and agencies.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in commercial sales across retail/media, a track record of senior-level engagements, and strong capabilities in measurement, attribution and programmatic advertising.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial experience driving revenue in retail/media advertising.
• Proven track record selling to Fortune 500 brands and agency groups.
• Deep understanding of performance media, measurement and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Own NA advertiser revenue target for MCM and deliver on commitments.
• Translate strategy into a demand-side sales plan across verticals and agencies.
• Define account prioritization, pipeline metrics, and deal structures.
• Lead executive relationships with CMOs and senior media buyers.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Legal.
• Build and coach a high-performing advertiser sales team.
