Job summary

Mastercard Services is seeking a VP, Commerce Media Advertiser Sales Lead to own the North American revenue for Mastercard Commerce Media (MCM). You will lead senior-level engagement with Fortune 500 brands and agencies, translating strategy into demand-side plans and ensuring disciplined sales execution across channels.

You will work with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Legal to drive opportunities from qualification to close.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial experience with a proven track record in retail, commerce, or digital advertising.
• Experience selling to large brands and agencies with senior-level relationships.
• Ability to translate data, measurement, and media capabilities into compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own the North American advertiser revenue target for MCM and deliver against quarterly and annual commitments.
• Define advertiser account prioritization, pipeline coverage, and go-to-market plays.
• Lead senior-level engagement with Fortune 500 advertisers and agency holding companies.
• Establish a disciplined advertiser sales cadence with forecast accuracy and dashboards.
