Job summary

The Orchard is seeking a VP, Commerce, Latin-Iberia to lead the region's commerce strategy across digital platforms, physical, D2C, YouTube Ad Sales and brand partnerships. You will translate market insight into measurable revenue, build scalable growth plans, and partner with Relationship Managers to align client objectives with regional priorities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in music distribution, digital commerce, or related leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of Latin American and Iberian markets and commercial dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of DSPs and multi-channel commerce.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the Latin-Iberia commerce roadmap, operating model, and KPIs.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to align client objectives and priorities.
• Lead senior-level relationships with DSPs and other platforms, shaping regional priorities.
• Identify and execute opportunities across streaming, D2C, YouTube Ad Sales, and brand partnerships.
• Coordinate with territory leaders to maintain regional standards and local market adaptability.
• Embed data-driven decision-making using analytics, tools, and performance reporting.
• Set revenue targets, forecasts, and KPIs; monitor risks and opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the regional Commerce team.
