Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree
• Deep analytical skills with ability to build financial models in Excel
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and formulating business strategies
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations
• Excellent written and oral communication with senior stakeholders
• Experience across departments in large organizations and fostering long-term relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with cobrand deals
• Experience in financial services or banking
• Management consulting experience

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional efforts with internal teams and external partners to identify, negotiate, and execute key cobrand and network partnerships.
• Collaboratively develop partnership strategy with the lines of business, including identifying elements, analysis, and recommendations.
• Structure and deliver partner proposals with the lines of business, including vision, economics, and product integration.
• Work with finance, legal and other partners to craft financial business cases, deal constructs and key terms.
• Ensure all deals and business development are executed in compliance with policies and Corporate Development procedures.
