Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President to lead Corporate Development for Consumer Bank and Wealth Management in New York. You will drive strategic partnerships, investments and acquisitions, working with senior stakeholders across two of the bank's largest businesses.

You will manage end-to-end deal processes, build a robust pipeline, and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership. A fast-paced, collaborative environment and strong financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' professional experience in corporate development, consulting or strategy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proven track record of leading large strategic programs.
• End-to-end deal execution including negotiation and business casing.
• Experience in managing small teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Organized, detail-oriented with strong PM skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience presenting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, negotiation, and execution of strategic inorganic opportunities for Consumer Bank and Wealth Management.
• Develop book of work and pipeline with lines of business, including strategy elements and diligence.
• Lead presentations and proposals to senior executives across Consumer Bank and Wealth Management.
• Lead relationships with external companies and JPMorgan stakeholders.
• Develop partner proposals with lines of business, including vision, economics and integration.
• Work with finance, legal and other partners on business cases and deal terms.
• Monitor external environment for competitive developments and opportunities.
• Ensure deals comply with firmwide policies and controls.
