Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance required.
• Advanced degrees and credentials (e.g., JD, MBA, CFA, ASA, CPA, CTFA) are a plus.
• 5+ years of closely held asset management experience preferred or equivalent experience in related finance, accounting, valuation, or trusts & estates.
• Detail oriented with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence on clients’ closely held business interests and support new business acceptance.
• Complete annual asset reviews and market value estimates, including due diligence and risk assessment.
• Analyze financial reporting, organizational documents, and complex legal documents.
• Review key corporate actions and respond to proxy requests and transactions.
• Interact with CHAM Directors, clients, beneficiaries, and internal JPMorgan partners.
• Develop external marketing materials and client pitches for new business opportunities.
