JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President, Assistant General Counsel to support the Asset Management Americas Institutional team in Columbus. You will advise on OCC-regulated funds, separately managed accounts, and other institutional product matters, handling contracts and distribution support.

You will coordinate with Compliance, Risk, and other divisions, oversee outside counsel, and guide strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• JD required with strong regulatory and investment management knowledge.
• Experience advising on institutional asset management matters.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to Asset Management Americas Institutional team focusing on OCC-regulated funds and institutional client matters.
• Support formation and maintenance of funds, contracts, and distribution agreements.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Risk and other control functions to identify and resolve issues.
