JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Shareholder Services Analyst for its Asset Management Client Service team in Columbus, OH.

The role focuses on delivering premier client service to financial advisors and investors, handling onboarding, trades, and educational guidance on JPMorgan funds and 529 plans. You will participate in a comprehensive training program and work with a large global asset management organization to enhance client experience, support growth, and ensure compliance with FINRA

Qualifications

FINRA SIE, Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered, but must obtain licenses within 120 days of start date
Possess high energy, a great attitude and exceptional service skills
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent client service experience
Industry knowledge
Strong written and oral communication skills
Relationship building and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail

Responsibilities

Problem resolution and onboarding support for shareholder accounts
Process trades, fulfill information requests, and create unique customer solutions
Educate clients about JPMorgan products, retirement accounts, and education savings
Obtain the Securities Industry Essentials, Series 6 and Series 63 securities licenses
