JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Shareholder Services Analyst within Asset Management Client Service in Columbus.

You will deliver high-quality service to financial advisors and investors, participate in a comprehensive training program, and contribute to a leading asset management organization. The role emphasizes problem resolution, education on products, and timely licensing while supporting a wide range of client service activities.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 6 & Series 63 licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered, but must obtain licenses within 120 days of start date.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent client service experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; high energy and great attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Problem resolution and onboarding support for shareholder accounts.
• Process trades, fulfill information requests, and create unique customer solutions.
• Educate clients about JPMorgan products, retirement accounts, and education savings.
• Obtain the Securities Industry Essentials, Series 6 and Series 63 licenses within 120 days of start date.
