Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking an onsite Operations Leader in Nashville, TN to drive outpatient imaging center performance. You will oversee staffing, equipment use, workflow optimization and patient/physician experiences for multiple centers.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth, while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality programs across the organization. You will mentor Clinical Managers and collaborate with IT, PACS/RIS teams and vendors to advance

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of experience in healthcare management or 10 years of equivalent training experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare preferred (business or related field).
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, radiology imaging, RIS/PACS systems and clinical workflows.
  • Proven leadership, team-building, and project management skills across departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound decision-making.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills.

This is an onsite position in Nashville, TN.

Position Summary:
  • Lead operations for outpatient imaging centers, ensuring efficient staffing, equipment utilization, workflow optimization, and exceptional patient and physician experiences.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, variance analysis, cost-containment initiatives, revenue growth strategies, and operational planning.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, quality programs, and patient safety initiatives while driving continuous process improvement.
  • Develop, mentor, and lead Clinical Managers, Modality Coordinators, and support teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Partner with executive leadership, physicians, IT, PACS/RIS teams, vendors, and community stakeholders to implement new technologies, support strategic growth initiatives, and strengthen external relationships.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • This is an onsite position in Nashville, TN.
  • 7 - 10+ years of experience in healthcare management or 10 years of equivalent training experience
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare preferred (business or related field).

The salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $145,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
