Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to lead strategic development and continuous improvement of clinical programs within value-based care. Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in care management, population health, or clinical operations.
• Deep understanding of Medicare Advantage regulations, TCM, STARS and HEDIS metrics, and value-based care.
• Proven track record of scalable clinical programs that improve outcomes and reduce total cost of care.
• Experience leveraging analytics and technology and embedding care management modules inside EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic leadership and program development to support medical cost management, quality performance, and member engagement goals.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of clinical programs from concept to rollout and scaling.
• Establish KPIs and frameworks; monitor performance and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Partner with provider networks to enhance care coordination and reduce avoidable utilization.
• Drive adoption of data solutions enabling precision targeting, automation, and real-time insights.
• Build and lead a large, geographically distributed clinical team with accountability for results.
• Manage vendor performance and cross-functional collaboration to optimize program outcomes.
