Job summary

Alignment Health seeks a visionary Vice President of Clinical Operations to lead strategic clinical programs and optimize care across the value-based care continuum. This executive will drive high-impact initiatives, partner with networks, and ensure outcomes meet CMS, HEDIS, and STAR targets while controlling costs.

With 5+ years in senior care leadership, the VP will oversee a large multidisciplinary team, guide program design, and implement evidence-based protocols for chronic disease

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in care management, population health, or clinical operations.
• Deep understanding of Medicare Advantage regulations and value-based care models.
• Proven track record of scalable clinical program development.
• Experience leveraging analytics and technology within EHR systems.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
