• 12+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience leading physician leaders or clinical operations across multiple sites.
• Experience with value-based care models or contracting preferred.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise-wide clinical strategy and standards.
