Job summary

Deep Centered Mental Health is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to lead operational delivery across 15 Texas outpatient clinics. This new role focuses on clinical and facility operations, partnering with the CMO and COO to strengthen standards and workflows for 230+ therapists, psychiatrists, and nurse practitioners.

The VP will build scalable systems, oversee physician and provider operations, and drive cross-functional initiatives with empathy and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-10 years of progressive healthcare operations management experience.
• Experience working within a psychiatry or behavioral health practice.
• Experience overseeing provider operations across multiple locations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across clinical and administrative teams
• Proven ability to lead with empathy, professionalism, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight across the organization’s clinical practices and provider teams.
• Establish and maintain consistent operational standards across locations and clinical teams.
• Evaluate operational workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and patient experience.
• Partner with clinical leadership to support effective provider operations and organizational priorities.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead the implementation of operational initiatives and ensure consistent execution across the organization.
• Oversee the operational management of the organization’s 15 clinic locations.
• Establish consistent standards for clinic operations and ensure effective execution across locations.
• Partner with site leadership to address operational needs and support an effective patient and team experience.
• Evaluate staffing, resources, and operational needs across locations.
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and functionality of clinic operations.
• Partner directly with the COO and CMO on organization-wide clinical operations and strategic operational priorities.
• Build scalable systems, processes, and standards to support the organization’s continued development.
• Lead cross-functional operational initiatives and drive accountability for execution.
• Provide leadership and support to operational teams across the organization.
