Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY seeks a Vice President of Clinical Services to lead enterprise clinical operations across home health and hospice. This executive translates clinical strategy into scalable, patient-first workflows and oversees remote management teams.

Reporting to the SVP of Clinical Care Delivery, Quality & Compliance, the VP will drive standardization, dashboards, and compliance with COPs, and IT-enabled care delivery including EMR utilization.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• At least 10 years of healthcare experience, including 5 years leading clinical services or centralized support functions.
• Substantive home health and/or hospice experience, including Medicare COPs and state/accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise clinical services across home health and hospice, translating SVP priorities into clear workflows and service standards.
• Direct, coach, and develop Remote Clinical Managers; align staffing, capacity, scheduling, and coverage.
• Standardize workflows across patient journey: referral, admission, plan-of-care, recertification, care coordination, discharge.
• Establish and monitor dashboards for timeliness, productivity, accuracy, backlog, and response metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve handoffs, reduce delays affecting patients and operations.
• Partner with VP Home Health and leaders to define roles, expectations, and escalation paths.
• Operationalize quality and compliance in daily workflows; adhere to COPs, state requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Monitor patient safety, documentation, compliance, and regulatory risks; support QAPI activities and audits.
• Collaborate with IT to optimize EMR configuration, workflow tech, reporting, and user adoption.
• Use data and process improvement to increase clinical capacity, outcomes, and cost effectiveness.
• Recruit, retain, and develop leaders; foster a patient-first, high-performing remote culture.
• Support acquisitions, integrations, and new markets with scalable clinical practices.
