Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field with extensive clinical development leadership experience.
• Experience leading global multi-regional clinical programs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and clinical trial governance.

Aufgaben

• Defines and executes the clinical development strategy across the portfolio, overseeing multi-year outcomes, evidence generation and regulatory compliance.
• Acts as strategic partner with the CMO and key functions to shape development strategies and lifecycle plans.
• Establishes and evolves the Clinical Development operating model, governance, and decision-making frameworks.
• Represents Clinical Development in executive forums and external engagements with regulators and partners.
• Leads budgeting, workforce planning, and resource allocation across the portfolio to deliver measurable outcomes.
