Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate Vice President / Vice President (AVP/VP), Client Services, Scientific Visualization, to lead strategic client partnerships and drive business growth within the Medical capability. You will oversee delivery of high-impact visualization programs and mentor multidisciplinary teams across pharma/biotech accounts.

You'll partner with Clinical Strategy, Creative, Medical, and Experience Design teams to deliver integrated solutions, manage budgets, and help shape

Qualifications

• 10+ years AVP or 12+ years VP experience in healthcare comms or scientific visualization.
• Proven success growing pharmaceutical/biotech client relationships.
• Experience managing large accounts and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong business development track record and new business wins.
• Familiarity with scientific visualization, medical communications, congress strategy, and digital engagement.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior strategic partner to pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
• Lead engagements across scientific visualization, medical education, congress strategy, digital experiences, and innovation.
• Anticipate client needs, identify solutions, and drive long-term account growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Develop and execute account growth strategies across assigned clients.
• Lead and support new business opportunities, pitches, proposals, and SOWs.
• Own account performance, forecasting, profitability, and resource planning.
• Ensure delivery of profitable and sustainable client engagements.
