Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an AVP/VP, Client Services, Scientific Visualization to lead strategic client partnerships, drive business growth, and oversee the successful delivery of high‑impact programs.

This role combines client leadership, commercial strategy, team development and operational oversight while serving as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and a key leader within the Medical capability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare communications, medical education, or scientific visualization roles.
• Proven success managing pharmaceutical/biotech client relationships.
• Experience leading large accounts and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of growth.
• Familiarity with scientific visualization and digital engagement programs.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior strategic partner to pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
• Lead engagements across scientific visualization, medical education, congress strategy, digital experiences and innovation initiatives.
• Anticipate client needs, identify solutions and drive long-term account growth.
• Partner with Scientific Strategy, Creative, Medical, Experience Design and Project Management to deliver client outcomes.
