Real Chemistry, a global healthcare communications and marketing agency, is seeking an AVP/VP, Client Services, Scientific Visualization to lead strategic partnerships and drive business growth in a hybrid role across US offices including Carmel, IN. This role sits within the Medical capability and focuses on science-to-visual storytelling with senior client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare communications, medical education, scientific visualization, or related agency environments.
• Demonstrated success leading and growing pharmaceutical/biotech client relationships.
• Experience managing large accounts, complex programs, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of driving organic growth and contributing to new business wins.
• Familiarity with scientific visualization, medical communications, congress strategy, and digital engagement programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior strategic partner to pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
• Lead complex engagements across scientific visualization, medical education, congress strategy, digital experiences, and innovation initiatives.
• Anticipate client needs, identify solutions, and drive long-term account growth.
• Partner with Scientific Strategy, Creative, Medical, Experience Design, and Project Management teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
