Job summary

Real Chemistry seeks an AVP/VP, Client Services, Scientific Visualization to lead strategic client partnerships and drive business growth within its Medical capability. The role combines client leadership, commercial strategy, team development and operational oversight as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.

Hybrid role based in US offices or remote within the US; Canada remote also considered. This position requires working eastern US hours and a strong track record in healthcare

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience (AVP) or 12+ years of experience (VP) within healthcare communications, medical education, scientific visualization, healthcare marketing or related agency environments.
• Demonstrated success leading and growing pharmaceutical and biotechnology client relationships.
• Experience managing large accounts, complex programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of driving organic growth and contributing to new business wins.
• Familiarity with scientific visualization, medical communications, medical affairs, congress strategy and digital engagement programs.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, relationship-building and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior strategic partner to pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
• Lead complex engagements across scientific visualization, medical education, congress strategy, digital experiences and innovation initiatives.
• Forecast, profitability and resource planning for client engagements.
