Job summary

IQ BackOffice is seeking a Vice President of Client Services to lead executive client partnerships and drive retention and portfolio growth. This on-site role in Los Angeles reports to the CEO and requires up to 35–50% travel.

You will oversee client relationships with CFOs and senior finance leaders, mentor the Client Services team, and align cross-functional efforts across Operations, Sales, Product, and Leadership to deliver measurable value and expanded wallet share within the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client services or enterprise relationship leadership in BPO or F&A services.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-level client portfolios and retain key accounts.
• Experience driving renewal strategies and structured account expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio retention metrics and executive sponsorship for strategic accounts.
• Lead the Client Services team and establish KPIs and governance.
• Partner with Sales to drive account expansion and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Leadership to ensure value delivery.
