Responsibilities

• Manage sales support and administrative staff for the branch.
• Lead training initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Recruit, onboard, train, supervise staff and address performance.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage compensation decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups on process improvements.
• Oversee HR, benefits, attendance, and vacation.
• Escalate issues to Regional Director and NY management when needed.
