Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Client Service Group Manager for the J.P. Morgan Advisors team. You will oversee branch sales support and administrative staff, lead training initiatives, and drive process improvements to support business growth.

The role requires FINRA licenses, a business/finance degree, and at least 3 years of financial services management experience. You will report to the Head of the Client Service Group and Regional Director and contribute to the branch management team.

Qualifications

FINRA SIE, Series 7, 66, 9 & 10 licenses on hire or within 180 days.
Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
Minimum of 3 years financial services management experience.
Experience in training or branch administration in financial services.
Understanding of wealth management, sales force and investment products.
Knowledge of KYC and regulatory requirements.
Strong project management and problem solving skills.
Experience with facilitating training (classroom and virtual).
Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Support and drive strategic firm and branch initiatives with the Regional Director.
Lead the branch's sales support and administrative staff in both branch and satellite locations.
Recruit, onboard, train, supervise and evaluate staff; ensure adherence to policies and best practices.
Conduct performance reviews and manage compensation, promotions and disciplinary actions per policy.
Collaborate with cross-functional groups on process improvement and issue resolution.
Manage HR, benefits, attendance and vacation; escalate issues when needed.
Coordinate with New York management to address senior-level staffing matters.
