Job summary

Chase’s J.P. Morgan Advisors unit seeks a Client Service Group Manager to lead the branch's sales support and administrative team, and to drive training and process improvements across the office.

You will report to the Head of the Client Service Group and the Regional Director, playing a key role on the branch management team. You will oversee performance reviews, staffing decisions, and collaboration with other groups to optimize operations and compliance in a fast-paced wealth management

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 7, 66, 9 & 10 licenses required within 180 days of start
• Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years financial services management experience
• Experience in training or branch administration in financial services
• Understanding of wealth management, sales force, and investment products
• Knowledge of KYC and regulatory requirements
• Strong project management, problem-solving and time management skills
• Experience facilitating training sessions (classroom and virtual)
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel

Responsibilities

• Support and drive strategic firm and branch initiatives alongside Regional Director
• Lead and manage sales support and administrative staff at branch and satellite locations
• Recruit, onboard, train staff; supervise assignments and educate on policies and best practices
• Conduct performance reviews and manage compensation, promotions, and disciplinary actions
• Collaborate with functional groups on process improvement and daily problem solving
• Oversee HR, benefits, attendance, and vacation management
• Escalate supervisory issues to Regional Director and NY management as needed
