J.P. Morgan Advisors is seeking a Client Service Manager in San Francisco, CA to lead branch sales support and administrative staff, drive process improvements, and deliver training initiatives.

This role reports to the Head of the Client Service Group and the local Regional Director, forming part of the branch management team. You will oversee staffing, performance reviews, and collaboration with regional partners to ensure compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements while supporting growth

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE and securities licenses required by hire or within 180 days of start date
• Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline required
• Minimum 3 years financial services management experience required
• Experience in training or branch administration in financial services
• Knowledge of wealth management, sales forces, and investment products
• Understanding of KYC and regulatory requirements
• Strong project management, problem-solving and time management skills
• Experience facilitating training sessions (classroom and virtual) and proficiency with MS Office

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise sales support and administrative staff in branch and satellite locations
• Recruit, onboard and train administrative and sales support staff
• Conduct performance reviews and manage compensation, promotions and disciplinary actions
• Partner with cross-functional teams on process improvement and issue resolution
• Manage HR, benefits, attendance and vacation for staff
• Escalate issues to Regional Director and NY Management when needed
