J.P. Morgan Advisors in Portland, OR seeks a Client Service Group Manager to lead the branch's sales support and administrative teams, and to drive training and process improvements that support growth.

This role reports to the Head of Client Service Group and the Regional Director, and sits on the branch management team. You will manage staffing, training, and performance, while enhancing processes across the office and any satellite locations.

Formación

• FINRA SIE, Series 7, 66, 9 & 10 licenses required or must be obtained within 180 days from start date.
• Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of financial services management experience.
• Experience in the training field or branch administration in financial services.
• Understanding of wealth management business, sales force, and investment products.
• Knowledge of KYC and regulatory requirements.
• Strong project management, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Experience facilitating training sessions (classroom and virtual).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Support and drive strategic firm and branch initiatives by partnering closely with the Regional Director.
• Provide management and leadership of the sales support staff in the branch and satellite branches.
• Recruit, onboard, train administrative and sales support staff; supervise and coordinate assignments; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage compensation, promotions, disciplinary actions and terminations in line with policy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups on process improvement and day-to-day problem solving.
• Supervise human resources, benefits issues, attendance, and vacation.
• Escalate issues to Regional Director and Supervisory Manager as needed; coordinate with New York management.
