Job summary

JPMorganChase’s J.P. Morgan Advisors branch seeks a Client Service Group Manager to lead the sales support and admin teams, drive training initiatives, and partner with Regional Director to elevate branch performance.

This role reports to the Head of the Client Service Group and the Regional Director, forming part of the branch management team. The ideal candidate has FINRA licenses, 3+ years in financial services management, and a proven track record of staff development, process improvement,

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 7, 66, 9 & 10 licenses required by hire or within 180 days.
• Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of financial services management experience.
• Experience in training or as branch administrator in financial services.
• Understanding of wealth management, sales force, and investment products.
• Knowledge of KYC and regulatory requirements.
• Project management, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Experience facilitating training sessions (classroom and virtual).
• Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive strategic firm and branch initiatives with the Regional Director.
• Provide management and leadership of the sales support and admin staff in the branch and satellite locations.
• Recruit, onboard, train administrative and sales staff; supervise and coordinate assignments.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage compensation, promotions, disciplinary actions.
• Partner with cross-functional groups on process improvement and daily problem solving.
• Supervise HR, benefits issues, attendance, and vacation.
• Escalate issues to the Regional Director and Supervisory Manager when needed.
