Job summary

Edelman is seeking a Vice President, Client Service to lead a social-first, entertainment-tech client team. You will conceive ideas, sell them in, and marshal agency resources to bring campaigns to life.

This role requires engaging with top executives and driving strategic social initiatives anchored by data and cutting-edge tech. You will guide social strategy, influencer campaigns, and integrated programs while mentoring staff and collaborating across disciplines to deliver measurable results

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing and communications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading digital client service for a global brand.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Track record of developing and executing social strategies with tangible results.
• Experience with paid media, analytics, planning, technology, editorial and creative teams.
• Familiarity with analytics across earned, owned, and paid platforms.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for senior-level social clients and develop deep relationships.
• Provide strategic solutions on digital including social and influencer.
• Lead multiple workstreams from strategy through execution; manage teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners; communicate deliverables.
• Spot opportunities for growth to drive additional revenue.
• Stay current on social technology, functionality, and influencer integrations.
• Mentor junior staff and advise senior staff as escalation point.
• Understand large integrated marketing campaigns across advertising, paid media, social and advocacy.
• Display knowledge of marketing mix and the role of each channel.
