Daniel J. Edelman Holdings seeks a Vice President, Client Service to lead a social-first culture for a major entertainment tech client. You will engage senior executives, shape ideas, and coordinate resources across creative, production, media, technology, and experiential teams.

You will drive strategies, oversee multiple workstreams, and mentor staff while expanding client relationships and revenue opportunities in a dynamic agency setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and communications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for senior-level social clients and develop deep relationships, providing strategic solutions on everything digital.
• Lead multiple workstreams from strategy through execution; manage teams.
• Liaise with internal teams and external agency partners; communicate cross-discipline deliverables.
• Spot opportunities for growth to drive additional revenue.
• Stay current on the latest social technology and influencer integrations.
• Mentor junior staff and act as escalation point for senior staff.
• Demonstrate understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and marketing mix.
