EnableComp is seeking a VP, Implementation to oversee client onboarding, system conversions, and enhancement initiatives. You will lead an implementation team, drive design with major HIS/ Clearinghouses, and ensure project timelines and client satisfaction.

The role demands 10+ years in enterprise SaaS implementations, 5+ in leadership, and travel up to 20%. Strong relationship-building and process-improvement skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• PMP preferable, not required.
• 10+ years implementing complex, enterprise SaaS solutions, with 5+ in a customer-facing role.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Implementation team responsible for software-based product implementations and service integration.
• Provide leadership for solution design including integration with Health Information Systems and Clearinghouses.
• Manage executive relationships with client representatives and ensure timely resolutions of issues.
• Develop processes to plan, track, monitor, and measure implementation effectiveness.
• Align IT Roadmap and business objectives across operations, sales/marketing, finance, and IT.
• Build and enforce scalable, well-documented processes and continual improvement.
• Plan, track, monitor, and report status to senior management.
• Support Sales & Marketing with pricing, proposals, and prospects.
• Coordinate and manage a portfolio of improvement projects to drive revenue and cost reductions.
• Research potential new revenue streams and propose next steps.
