Initiative is seeking a senior leader in Data and Analytics to drive client consulting, segmentation and audience strategy. You will translate complex analytics into actionable marketing programs and mentor junior staff while collaborating with planning and investment teams.

The role requires a university degree with 11+ years in data/analytics within advertising or digital consulting, and a strong ability to communicate insights to senior client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A university degree and 11+ years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting.
• Experience in marketing analytics, data lakes and data-driven advertising is required.
• Strong leadership, client relationship, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify business problems and develop analytics roadmaps.
