Qualifications

• FCAS or ACAS or equivalent is required.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive P&C actuarial experience, with 5–7 years in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and execution of actuarial models and indication development.
• Lead actuarial and data science teams in pricing, underwriting, risk management, and financial forecasting.
• Present findings to the board and executives; drive data governance and model validation.
