Job summary

The position requires deep actuarial expertise, strategic business judgment, and the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable decisions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive P&C actuarial leadership.
• Experience advising executive leadership and Boards.
• Appointed Actuary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets actuarial vision and 3-5 year roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Lead pricing, reserving, forecasting, and analytics governance.
• Serve as Appointed Actuary and communicate reserve adequacy to Board.
• Partner with Finance, Risk, and Legal to ensure regulatory compliance.
