Arbella Insurance Group seeks a strategic Vice President Chief Actuary to guide actuarial models, uncertainty analysis, and advanced analytics. You will lead teams delivering insights, pricing support, risk evaluations, and financial forecasting to meet business and regulatory objectives.

Qualifications

• FCAS/ACAS (required) or equivalent.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive P&C actuarial experience, including 5–7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven cross-functional leadership of data scientists, actuaries, and analysts.
• Deep knowledge of statistical modeling, ML, and AI applications in insurance/financial services.
• Strong relationship building, integrity and collaboration.
• Excellent communication to present to senior leaders, the Board, and agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow actuarial and data science teams.
• Drive integration of actuarial science and analytics for pricing, underwriting, risk management, and strategy.
• Collaborate with executives on data strategy, governance, and AI governance.
