Job summary

Deutsche Bank seeks a Vice President, Change Execution Manager to lead strategic programs across the Americas Investment Banking division from New York. You will drive growth initiatives, navigate regulatory landscapes, and enhance efficiency through large-scale change with senior stakeholders.

You will partner with front office and infrastructure teams, manage budgets and risks, develop governance artifacts, and ensure delivery on time and within scope in a hybrid, in-office/remote work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder communication and reporting, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across front office and infrastructure functions.
• Influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and resources.
• Identify, elevate, and mitigate program risks and issues, developing risk management plans.
• Oversee program budgets and allocate resources effectively across projects.
• Lead large, complex programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring timely, on-scope and on-budget execution.
• Develop and manage key program documentation, including business requirements, timelines, RAID logs, and governance structures.
