Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Market Data Services experience.
• Extensive Sourcing and process knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively across regions and with all levels of management.
• Client management and relationship management skills.
• Strong financial analysis skills and experience conducting cost/spend analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Ariba procurement tool.
• Understanding of legal contracts and SLAs and the ability to support contract development and compliance.
• Experience working with third-party providers in a Financial Services context.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting for third-party supplier spend across Market Data and related services within a line of business.
• Build stakeholder partnerships with senior executives and teams to understand business drivers and third-party requirements.
• Support vendor rationalization across the Commercial & Investment Bank and Asset & Wealth Management.
• Drive channel compliance across the vendor landscape and help ensure contracted goods/services can be obtained efficiently and cost-effectively on a global basis.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for significant transactions aligned to GSS priorities.
• Conduct supplier due diligence and partner with clients and stakeholders to define sourcing requirements.
• Assess supplier offerings and develop/present sourcing options that meet JPMorgan Chase business requirements.
• Lead negotiations and contract development through approval and execution in partnership with internal control functions.
• Maintain adherence to policy and procedural guidelines for sourcing and contracting activities, while partnering with regional teams on local, regional, and global sourcing initiatives as needed.
• Support SLA compliance by collaborating with internal partners and client teams to ensure selected vendors meet service expectations.
• Perform cost and spend analysis to develop savings initiatives and identify cost reduction opportunities.
