Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is seeking a Vice President, Casino Finance to provide strategic leadership across all casino properties. You will align revenues, controls, reporting, and regulatory compliance with enterprise standards while guiding senior leadership on performance and risk management.

The role requires extensive experience in casino finance operations, strong governance, and collaboration with IT, vendors, and property teams to drive automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
• MBA, CPA, CIA, CFE, CGMA or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience in a gaming, casino, hospitality, or highly regulated environment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction, governance, and improvement of Casino Finance operations across properties.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, financial results, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee internal controls with Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to policies and industry best practices across Casino Finance functions.
• Present executive analyses and reports on performance, initiatives, and risks.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team and foster accountability.
