Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the operations of the facilities department and ensure a positive guest experience. The role includes supervising trades-people, coordinating multiple projects, and monitoring costs to meet deadlines.

You will conduct on-site inspections, maintain safety standards, and lead cross-department coordination to minimize guest disruption while upholding regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient and effective operation of the facilities department to provide a positive guest experience.
• Supervise, schedule and administer all personnel actions for multi-skilled trades-people.
• Plan, implement, and coordinate a variety of projects simultaneously, including troubleshooting, contractor liaison, estimating, forecasting and budgeting responsibilities.
• Monitor status and costs of projects while ensuring completion in a timely manner.
• Perform routine on-site building and property inspections.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness, and a safe and sanitary environment throughout the facility and property.
• Coordinate maintenance and modification projects with appropriate department head to ensure minimal guest interruption.
• Supervise staff; hire, schedule, provide training and assistance, conduct performance appraisals and review weekly payroll punch reports.
