Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino seeks a Sr. Financial Analyst for the Corporate Support Center to lead monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. You will prepare management reports, support audits, and improve internal controls across the finance team.

Qualifications

5+ years of financial related operations and finance business experience in a restaurant/hospitality environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or related field required.
Experience in a multi-unit business organization.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, Lawson and Access.
Report writing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan, lead, and organize cafe financial reporting including GL processing and balance sheet prep.
Prepare monthly management reports emphasizing historical results, budgets, forecasts, and trends.
Assist with audits and coordinate audit requests with third parties.
Develop balance sheet reconciliation processes and tracking.
Monitor reconciliations and research variances with management.
Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
