Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services in the United States is seeking a Vice President, Casino Finance to provide strategic leadership and enterprise-wide oversight of Casino Finance operations across Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock properties. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Finance, this role aligns processes, controls, and reporting with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
MBA, CPA, CIA, CFE, CGMA, or equivalent certifications preferred.
At least 10 years of leadership in Casino Finance operations or related functions.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and governance of Casino Finance operations across properties.
Establish KPIs and monitor financial results and risks.
Act as enterprise SME for Revenue Audit, Cage Operations, Gaming Controls, Cash Access.
Oversee internal controls and collaboration with Internal Audit and Compliance.
Present analyses and reports to executives on performance and risks.
Drive automation and standardization of processes and systems.
Lead and develop the Finance team; foster accountability.
