Job summary

180 Seminole Hard Rock Support Services seeks a senior financial reporting leader to oversee international and Seminole Gaming financial reporting, ensuring accuracy across SEC-style statements and multiple entities.

The role partners with accounting, treasury, tax, and legal to deliver timely reports, drive process improvements, and maintain SOX compliance while supporting investor communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with advanced Master’s degree preferred; CPA or equivalent certification required.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant international accounting experience.
• Thorough understanding of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience in a large multi-national corporation handling international accounting and reporting requirements of multiple legal entities.
• Highly analytic approach to identifying causes and drivers of issues and developing value-driving solutions.
• Strong communication skills, including articulating complex issues clearly and effectively.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, Workiva, Workday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual consolidations using consolidation software.
• Prepare and/or review quarterly and annual SEC-style financial statements.
• Develop reports to support external reporting requirements.
• Coordinate, plan and execute external audits with independent auditors.
• Provide analysis and information to support reporting and auditing processes.
• Drive process improvements related to financial reporting to increase efficiency.
