Job summary

JPMorganChase in the United States seeks a Vice President to lead origination, structuring, underwriting, and execution of corporate credit transactions within Commercial Real Estate. You will coordinate across coverage, syndications, credit, legal, and client teams to manage transactions end-to-end.

Responsibilities include analyzing cash flows, negotiating terms, and mentoring junior staff while driving strategic initiatives and platform development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial/corporate banking lending experience including credit, structuring, and marketing.
• Advanced understanding of financial statements, accounting, cash flow modeling, and credit risk assessment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clients, counsel, and senior management.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating corporate credit agreements and related loan documentation.
• Familiarity with derivative products and ISDA/CSA agreements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and collateral to assess debt capacity and financing structures.
• Lead client due diligence with management teams, sponsors, investors, and advisors.
• Prepare and oversee pitch materials, financial analyses, and credit memoranda.
• Structure and execute cash flow-based and unsecured credit facilities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate term sheets and related credit documents to ensure alignment with objectives and standards.
• Manage closing processes with due diligence, approvals, and external counsel.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and foster a high-performance environment.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and platform development.
