JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President to lead origination, structuring, underwriting and execution of cash flow-based and unsecured credit transactions within Commercial Real Estate.

You will coordinate with coverage, credit, legal, and client teams to manage transactions from engagement through closing. Responsibilities include leading financial analysis, due diligence, and client-facing deliverables, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to strategic initiatives and platform

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial/corporate banking lending experience with credit, structuring, and marketing focus.
Strong ability to analyze financial statements, cash flow, and credit risk.
Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, lawyers, and senior management.

Responsibilities

Analyze corporate financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and debt capacity to structure financing solutions.
Lead due diligence meetings with management, sponsors, and investors.
Prepare and oversee pitch materials, credit memos, and client presentations.
