Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a seasoned CRE Finance specialist to lead commercial real estate credit origination across the US lending portfolio. You will act as the subject matter expert, delivering strategic guidance to clients on CRE solutions while collaborating with Lending Advisors, coverage Bankers and Credit Risk.

You will shape product strategy, educate teammates on features, drive growth campaigns, and ensure rigorous financial analysis and due diligence in every deal.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years experience in highly-structured custom credit loan products.
• Expert knowledge and experience in executing Commercial Real Estate transactions.
• Highly proficient knowledge of financial and capital markets.
• Credit trained, with advanced business and financial analytical skills.
• Knowledge of CRE account maintenance, loan closing, credit administration and compliance procedures.
• Ability to communicate and recommend advice-driven credit solutions to highly sophisticated ultra-high net worth clients and prospects.
• Sales experience including prospecting, overcoming objections, negotiation, team selling approach, closing the sale and asking for referrals.
• Demonstrates understanding of wealth management including investment management, trusts and financial planning.
• Ability to work in a team based environment and assist in the development and retention of junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive CRE credit origination in the US lending portfolio by developing and executing the strategic vision for CRE solutions.
• Partner with U.S. Lending Advisors and coverage Bankers to identify and execute financing opportunities.
• Educate team on product value, features, and client selection; share success stories to replicate wins.
• Develop initiatives and campaigns to drive growth.
• Maintain expert knowledge of market standards, competition and pricing.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk and support policy changes.
• Monitor portfolio risk and advise on policy adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate with underwriting to ensure resources for credit approvals and due diligence.
